Outer Wilds – arguably one of 2019s best games – is coming to PS4 next week, it’s been confirmed. The open world exploration action-adventure indie will finally be making its way to Sony’s soon-to-be-old console on 15th October.
If you’re not familar with the Mobius Digital game, which was met with excellent reviews when it was initially released for PC and Xbox One this past May, you play a character caught in a 22-minute time loop who has to find out as much as you can about the strange, expansive, wonderful solar system that you’re plopped into before its sun goes supernova, resetting everything back to the beginning. Learning a little more each time, you can slowly alter the outcome.
It’s just great.
